In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,the contradiction between resources and the environment has become increasingly prominent.For the transportation industry,the high energy consumption,high emission of smoke and dust and harmful gases to the environment caused by the asphalt pavement in the construction stage have been widely concerned by domestic and foreign researchers.But in our country,the energy consumption and emission of asphalt pavement are mainly based on qualitative analysis,lacking in the evaluation system unified by qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,which can not define the effect of energy saving and emission reduction.For this reason,it is the key for energy saving and emission reduction to establish the evaluation system of carbon emissions of asphalt mixture and make a comprehensive quantitative analysis.Based on the development status of asphalt pavement,the situations of the carbon emissions on the asphalt mixture were investigated and analyzed,and the main processes of carbon emissions were determined,and the carbon emission calculation model of asphalt mixture was established,and the key link of energy consumption and emission of asphalt mixture was determined.Compared with new energy saving technology used in various stages of emission reduction on energy consumption and reducing gas the emission level,the evaluation system of carbon emissions of asphalt mixture was established and analyzed.At the same time,based on the analysis of reducing energy consumption and emission,according to the parameters such as mixing and rolling temperature,RAP content and the addition of recycled agent,the energy conservation and emission reduction effect of warm mix regeneration technology was studied.The main results are as follows:(1)According to the actual engineering energy consumption and emissions of the calculation model,that the key part of the impact of energy consumption is mixed with mixing parts and that the key link of carbon emissions is the aggregate heating link were determined;(2)According to the different types of asphalt mixture in the production stage and the pavement construction phase,the comparative analyses of energy consumption of emissions were analyzed,the results are as follows:?The proportion of plant mixed hot regeneration overall energy consumption and conventional asphalt pavement of asphalt pavement to save energy consumption is 18.9%;?The energy-saving proportion of geothermal recycled asphalt pavement asphalt pavement and the AC-13 is 38.70%;?The total energy consumption of ordinary asphalt mixture in temperature heat mix technology reduced by 23.5%than mix asphalt mixture,and the modified asphalt can reduce by 29.2%,and energy-saving effect is remarkable;?The temperature mixing regeneration technology can greatly improve the effect of energy conservation and emissions reduction.With the increase of dosage of RAP,requirement of xinji material is reduced,the consumption of aggregate heating energy consumption and emissions showed a decreasing trend.(3)According to the selection of pollutant discharge,energy consumption,highway construction management and energy saving and emission reduction technology of four first-level evaluation indicators and the secondary evaluation indexes were applied.Based on the fuzzy evaluation theory of AHP,a comprehensive evaluation method of energy saving and emission reduction of asphalt mixture was established.The method was applied in practical engineering;(4)To the asphalt mixture warm mixing regeneration technology,the energy-saving emission reduction evaluation was completed.At the same time,through a large number of indoor tests,on the premise of guaranteeing the performance of the mix of air-conditioning mixture,mix proportion and the control range of the parameters as the goal of energy-saving emission reduction were raised.
