In engineering construction projects,warlf engineering is one of a class of complex engineering,the engineering risk not only big,many risk belongs to the objective risk at the same time,have the characteristics of irresistible,not by man's subjective efforts and willpower for the transfer.If the risk appears,may lead to major accidents,lighter may just bring economic losses,reduce project profits,in severe cases can lead to personnel casualties,need money to pension relatives and dealing with the aftermath,bring great influence on the progress of the project.Along with the pace of reform in our country,the coastal economic development more and more important,especially in the coastal area of terminal water transportation in the role of economic development increasingly highlighted.Terminal port &waterway engineering quantity constantly expanding,the development of the project size from small to large,from shallow to deep water area,water transportation line from the island to the sea coastal development,these are new construction concept,the construction mode is new,and therefore lack ready-made experience to draw lessons from,therefore,that the risks of engineering are also increasing.In this paper,the author attended WZHG terminal water transportation project construction,the purpose of this project is in the deep part of the construction of a chemical terminal for the economic development of the motherland to do an own strength.In our country,the construction of chemical wharf are common,the structure of the wharf coastal areas often construction in our country,in the dock,chemical wharf is a common engineering construction of the deep.So,at the time of construction,how to minimize risk of construction,to ensure the construction safety and security in the construction of the personal safety and property safety of the workers,reduce the project risk,appear particularly important.This paper,through studying WZHG wharf project in the construction process of actual situation,carrys out the safety risk assessment study in view of the wharf construction.Thegeneral idea is as follows: through introducing the traffic construction engineering construction safety situation and the present condition of the water transportation engineering construction safety,this paper selected topic research significance,and expounded from several aspects.Then the basic concepts of risk management theory in detail,respectively,from the perspective of the risk assessment of each link(risk identification,risk assessment,etc.)were studied,the commonly used risk identification and risk evaluation method has carried on the comprehensive comparison and analysis.According to the risk factors of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was constructed and a comprehensive evaluation of water transportation engineering characteristics of WZHG wharf risk,the results are obtained.Finally,according to the risk acceptance criteria,and puts forward the concrete risk control measures,in order to control the risk accident provides an effective way.
