| With the rapid development of China’s port construction,the mode of water transport engineering is becoming informativeness,larger and more deep-water.The situation of port engineering is becoming more complicated and the construction safety risks are more prominent.Especially for the widely used high pile wharf,it has poor weather conditions in the sea area and poor construction conditions,which involve dredging,wharf and equipment installation sections of various professional cross-operation,mutual interference,numerous security risks and great difficulty in organization.Therefore,in order to guarantee the safety of wharf,it is urgent to evaluate the construction safety of coastal wharf.This paper takes the high-piled wharf project of port H as an example to study the construction safety risk management of high-piled wharf in coastal areas.This paper first describes the theory of risk management and construction safety risk assessment,focuses on the introduction of construction safety risk assessment and assessment process,and discusses the risk identification,risk analysis and risk assessment methods used in the follow-up research.Then,taking the high piled wharf project of H port as an living example,to introduce the project profile,the design scheme and the construction technology.This paper analyzes the current situation of construction safety risk management in the process of port engineering construction.At the same time,analyzes the construction safety risk management problems of the project.Finally,on the basis of data collection,construction site investigation and construction team quality investigation,the construction work of H port high piled wharf project is decomposed step by step,the main accident types are listed,and the risk factors are identified.Through the project risk analysis,the general risk factors are evaluated by LEC Method,and the risk level of general risk factors is obtained.For major risk factors,the expert survey method is used to divide the risk level according to the evaluation guidelines.According to the risk level assessment results of risk factors,taken corresponding risk control measures.Moreover,safety technical measures are formulated to provide reference for project risk control. |
