Port engineering got great development in the "twelfth five-year" period,All the way along with our country "area" and the construction of the Yangtze River economic belt,during the "thirteenth five year plan",Port construction in Zhejiang province will usher in a new climax.Port construction is bound to vigorously to bring a series of security problems of the construction of the port,Considering the port construction compared with other civil engineering and a lot more to the difficulties in construction,Marine operation,much construction machines,much homework at night,the narrower face this a series of problems,Therefore it is important to the safety of wharf construction process to do an assessment,The effect of a nip in the bud.At present,about the whole content of the construction safety risk management of hydraulic structure is very few,let alone for construction safety grades of various hydraulic structure concrete research.Due to the geographical environment of zhejiang province’s own characteristics,the structure of wharf construction most choose piled wharf,so as the research object,based on the piled wharf coastal high pile wharf construction assessment index system of research and evaluation of the automation system development.In this paper,according to the basic principle of risk assessment,considering the research phase for the project construction period,first studied the construction risk identification methods,finally confirmed the work breakdown and risk decomposition method is adopted and combined with the expert investigation to determine the risk of construction project node.In the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,selection can better reflect the coastal port construction risk assessment indicators,using the improved fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive analysis method to determine index weight.Based on the theory of fuzzy comprehensive analysis method for modeling,three-stage fuzzy evaluation model is established,and at the same time established the coastal high pile wharf construction risk assessment system,as the basis of the construction risk assessment for construction units.Finally,this paper consider the wharf construction unit capacity limitation and the results of the survey is not a can improve good,this will cause the complex calculation and the complicated issues,in this paper,using c + + language coastal piled wharf construction risk automaticevaluation software development.In Wenzhou top openmindedness for phase ii project inspection,automatic evaluation result is consistent with the manual calculation results,this shows that the automatic evaluation system can well apply to the actual construction,and verify that the established evaluation model is practical,coastal areas for the future of piled wharf construction safety risk assessment provides reference.
