Research On The Management Of Planning With The Leisure And Tourism-oriented Suburban Villages Based On The Perspective Of System Theory

Rural tourism brings incessant momentum for the development of rural areas.The improvement of rural environment,facilitation of infrastructure,raise of farmers' income,improvement of living conditions and optimization of industrial structure cannot do without rural tourism.In China,there are such problems as lack of methods for the planning and management of leisure and tourism-oriented suburban villages,unclear management contents and inadequate implementation,which further lead to disordered construction,unsmooth operation,insufficient supply of land,and limitation on sustained growth and other problems.Therefore,it's critical and urgent to solve the problems in the planning and management of leisure and tourism-oriented suburban villages.This paper applies system theory to the planning and management of leisure and tourism-oriented suburban villages,sorts out the problems in the planning and management of leisure and tourism-oriented suburban villages and summarizes their characteristics,and analyzes the bond between system theory and the planning and management of leisure and tourism-oriented suburban villages,in the hope of building a leisure and tourism-oriented suburban village planning and management system,using information technology to realize the design of informatization system,and solving the problems in the planning and management of leisure and tourism-oriented suburban villages.Empirical analysis is adopted to apply the leisure and tourism-oriented suburban village planning and management system to Jinjiaogang Village,and the operation process of the system is elaborated.In the first section,the contents of the leisure and tourism-oriented suburban village planning and management are defined through analysis on the research results of rural planning and management at home and abroad and the legal system of China's rural planning and management.The second section elaborates the relevant factors of system theory,concludes the problems in the planning and management of leisure and tourism-oriented suburban villages in China,and analyzes the bond between the two,laying theoretical foundation for the system building in the text below.The third section takes the planning and management of leisure and tourism-oriented suburban villages as a management system,analyzes its structure,characteristics,environment,behavior,input and output,and builds the framework of leisure and tourism-oriented suburban village planning and management.The fourth section applies information technology to the informatization design of the system and completes the overall and functional design of the informatization system.The fifth section applies the leisure and tourism-oriented suburban village planning and management system to Jinjiaogang Village,Rongcheng,Shandong to verify the feasibility of the system,and expounds its operation process.The sixth section summarizes the research results,makes four conclusions,extracts two major innovation points of the paper and gives an outlook on future research.By applying system theory to the planning and management of leisure and tourism-oriented suburban villages,this paper has built a leisure and tourism-oriented suburban village planning and management system from the perspective of system theory,used information technology to realize the informatization design of the system,and laid foundation for software development and website design by the department of leisure and tourism-oriented suburban village planning and management.
