Study On The Overall Planning Of Leisure Agriculture In Suburban Areas

The development of leisure agriculture is closely related to the development of national economy,the development of people’s physical and mental health,the improvement of people’s quality of life and the improvement of the level of happiness.In recent years,China has promoted the development of leisure agricultural tourism and experience tourism.However,in the development of leisure agriculture and leisure agriculture,some attractions wasted agricultural good tourist resources,small scale construction projects,repeat no characteristics,lack of scientific orientation and reasonable planning,resulting in blind competition.It brought great difficulties to the overall development of suburban leisure agriculture management zone.This needs to follow out the idea of scientific development,planning principles in detail,the economic and ecological benefits of the combination of the two,according to local conditions,in the light of its general trend,rational layout of scenic spots,prominent suburbs suburban leisure agriculture characteristics.Looking at the existing literature,there is a lack of research on the overall planning and development of leisure agriculture in a certain area,especially in the suburbs.According to the planning and design of leisure agriculture in the suburban area of Jinxiang County in Shandong province Jining City suburbs as an example,through the analysis of the practice of the project,hoping the theory and practical experience could provide reference for the suburb of aspects of leisure agriculture development plan design days after.In this paper,the integration of various disciplines of leisure agriculture planning suburban areas based on the existing research results,through literature review,case analysis,empirical research method,interdisciplinary research method,combined with landscape theory,the leisure economy and experience economy theory,multifunctional agriculture theory,tourism planning theory,regional economic theory,rebam theory and the theory of sustainable development,to be familiar with the related planning and design,understand the principle of suburb level design.It includes:urban planning function zoning,planning project type,industry development mode,planning principles,procedures and key points,in addition,the planning of leisure agriculture in suburban suburban areas need to respect cultural customs geography,geographical characteristics,industry development planning.It also need to systematically consider the land use status,location,week Traffic,etc..From all above we could better plan the rural pastoral tourism projects,cultural tourism projects,industrial development projects.Under the guidance of the theory and excellent suburban leisure agriculture plannings,the author takes Jinxiang county suburban leisure agriculture planning and design as a case study.Through field reconnaissance,author knows the location,traffic conditions and resource conditions,so plan and design the project site.From the agricultural tourism projects,the development of industrial integration and other aspects,the author plan and design Jinxiang County suburban area into a set of rural tourism,forest oxygen bar,health resort,efficient agricultural production as one of the characteristics of Jinxiang suburb agriculture ecological leisure sightseeing area.Let the Jinxiang suburban development into agricultural industry sound and culture rich area.Improve the structure of the "green city water city,Pastoral",in order to get a higher social and economic benefits.Finally,combining the theoretical research and planning of suburban areas in the case,suburban leisure agriculture planning and design were summarized.This paper analyzes the innovation of leisure agriculture planning and design in suburban area of Jinxiang County.From the perspective of forward-looking,scientific and innovative,discussed on the method of leisure agriculture planning in the county level,"the whole county,the diversification of scenic spots",striving to play a reference role for the future suburban leisure agriculture planning and design research.
