Under the background of stock planning, how to carry the appropriate functional format of urban land has become one of the problems to be solved in the current planning field.Urban catering industry is an important industry to promote urban economic and social development and meet the needs of residents for a better life. Therefore,in the new era, exploring the rational distribution of catering industry in urban space has a higher research value. At the same time, the planning of the new era requires us to recognize the city from a more detailed perspective and pay more attention to personal feelings and evaluation, which makes the network evaluation data which can reflect the real feelings and consumption preferences of citizens in daily life have higher research value. Therefore, this study attempts to use the network evaluation data of catering shops to explore which areas of the city are more suitable for the development of catering industry from the perspective of user evaluation, and then provide suggestions and support for the planning and layout adjustment of catering industry in different regions of the city.Firstly, this paper studies the spatial distribution characteristics of restaurant evaluation score, and judges whether the evaluation score of restaurant is affected by external factors. On this basis, this paper constructs factor bank from population density, land rent level, traffic correlation, building and land use function, and explores the urban factors that may be related to the evaluation score of catering shops.Subsequently, through exploratory regression analysis, global regression analysis and other methods, the urban spatial elements with the highest correlation with the evaluation scores of urban catering stores were determined, and the weight of different urban spatial elements was determined through data analysis.Based on the weight of different elements, the spatial superposition is carried out to get the prediction results of the evaluation scores of Shenzhen catering stores, and according to the prediction results, some guidelines and suggestions are put forward for the planning and development adjustment of the catering industry in different regions of Shenzhen.Through the analysis of the spatial distribution characteristics of the evaluation scores of catering stores,it is found that the evaluation scores of catering stores are not randomly distributed in space, indicating that they are influenced by external factors, not only by the shops themselves. The evaluation scores of catering stores are correlated with several urban spatial factors, including land rent level, density of trunk road network, density of recreational facilities(B32),density of stadiums(A4),density of catering stores(B13),and density of corporations(B2),which are positively correlated, and negatively correlated with density of factories(M).On this basis, the study further predicts the evaluation scores of restaurants in Shenzhen according to the relevant factors, and divides the urban construction land into nine types according to the prediction results and the density distribution of restaurants, and puts forward specific suggestions for the development of catering industry for different types of land.Due to the difficulty of data acquisition and other reasons, the main elements of this study are the network evaluation score of catering shops, without considering the actual revenue benefits of catering shops and other factors. Therefore, this study can only provide some guidance and suggestions for catering shop location from the perspective of network evaluation, and can not be used as the sole basis for catering shop location.
