With the continuous development of China's economy and the progress of the society, the increasing living garbage and the environment pollution has gradually become the prominent contradiction of the society. Although our government has issued some relevant policies, but the garbage is difficult to form a standardized management system and the lack of awareness of the environmental protection, which cause the recovery rate of the recyclable garbage is very low in the life. From the perspective of resource, the loss of the recyclable garbage is the loss of precious resources. From the perspective of environmental protection, the loss of the recyclable garbage is the important cause of the secondary pollution environment.In this paper, we design a kind of compensation for the life of the beverage bottle recycling device. Firstly, the thesis proposes the a new recovery management mode- Digital recovery management mode according to the domestic waste recovery; refers to the domestic and foreign existing recovery unit carefully design the appearance of intelligent beverage bottle recycling machine, in the mechanical design for the beverage bottle pour and pour out the design of the sorting mechanism; detailed describes the working process of the intelligent beverage bottle recycling machine. Then a design based on CAN bus is put forward, and the overall hardware circuit design of the system is described in detail. According to the function recovery device of the system is divided into five subsystems to control modules with different functions respectively, between the subsystem and the CAN bus control mode; according to the practical function is designed for the printed circuit board(PCB), according to the different functions of each subsystem extends the corresponding external function modules. At last, we build the ? RTOS based software platform for intelligent recycling machine, the completion of the transplant FatFs file operations, IC card identification, put on the access control of opening and closing, beverage bottle shape recognition and sorting mechanism of positive and negative control, beverage bottle number detection function; on the IC card, beverage bottle number and shape information, routing information, beverage bottles put on the start and end time encode information is written to the file and through the wireless self organizing network transmission to the network platform is realized.After the completion of the hardware and software of the whole system was tested, from the perspective of the results of the test meets the design requirements of our original, realize the function of intelligent beverage bottle recycling machine.
