The Pattern Of Pan Danwei Community In Emerging Urbanized Area

Danwei system is a kind of organization and resource distribution system.It covered production and life in China’s planned economy period.Its essence is the guarantee and arrangement for the organizers of production activities to participate in the life of employees in an organized and systematic way.With the transformation of economic system,the unit system has gradually disappeared,but there are still some remains in policy implementation,space and society,which have influenced the social life of China up to now.In recent years,urban problems such as high cost of living,imperfect supporting facilities and separation of occupation and residence have become more and more serious.People study danwei again,hoping to learn from them to solve the existing urban problems.Most of the existing danwei related research focuses on cities with a long history of planned economy and state-owned economy.It is generally believed that emerging cities have little relationship with danwei.However,it still needs to be verified whether the fact is missing.Among them,Shenzhen,as a representative of emerging cities,is developing in the transition period of economic system.The law and significance of the existence of danwei elements in such cities deserve our attention.Danwei community is an important carrier of unit elements.It is also the epitome of the development of danwei elements in the city.Danwei elements are abstract,but the study of danwei community can entity the characteristics of these danwei elements and reveal the development mode of danwei elements in such emerging cities as Shenzhen.The research on the development mode of danwei community can provide theoretical support for the interpretation of urban space,the improvement of urban construction management level and the improvement of human settlements.It has reference value for the use of danwei elements in the development of other emerging cities.Otherwise,it can provide reference for the urban construction of other emerging cities in the future.The focus of this paper is to evaluate the similarity between the existing community and the traditional danwei community in Shenzhen.It summarizes the existing danwei community patterns and put forward strategies for the future urban development and construction.First of all,this paper analyzes various related concepts and research progress.On the basis of previous research,a relatively perfect comprehensive evaluation index system is established.Seven typical sample communities with the characteristics of traditional danwei communities in Shenzhen are selected,and the similarity between these communities and traditional danwei communities is evaluated.This paper describes the characteristics of these communities from three dimensions of system,space and society,and accordingly divides them into three pan danwei community models of "remaining","hybrid" and "dissimilation".Based on the background of economic development,this paper explores the underlying factors behind.It analyzes advantages of danwei communities compared with ordinary communities,and systematically summarizes the application of danwei elements in urban planning.It is found that in Shenzhen,a new city with a relatively perfect market economy system framework,there are still many danwei elements in social organizations and community life.Through analysis,it is considered that some advantageous elements can be applied to urban development and construction.It provides experience for urban public services and social governance,improving urban problems,and improving the quality of life of urban residents.
