Investigation And Study On The Architectural Space Of The South And North Zhang Village In The Large Market In Xi'an

The beginning of the nineties of last century,the transformation of the city in the city has been gradually started,the transformation of urban villages in China is the only way of urbanization.In the past ten years,the academic circles have carried out positive exploration from the theory and practice in the reconstruction of the villages in the city and have achieved rich research results.However,the design concept of both domestic and foreign users in the transformation of urban villages still needs Strengthen,and the city village community to consider the classification of less research.Some problems in the practice of transformation should also arouse our attention.For example,some of the transformation of the practice of designers in the city village transformation of the building space environment to consider the subjectivity of the larger,so that the completion of the district can not be well adapted to the actual use of the user needs.Second,the different community environment,the city village transformation of the community space users are different.So the architectural space on the monotony of the transformation makes the city village transformation of the district can not be well integrated into the city built into the area.According to the surrounding different environment,the village community can be divided into large cities around the city community,the city to be around the development zone in the village community,industrial enterprises around the village community,supporting facilities in the village community,scenic spots and sites Protected area around the city village community these five types.Based on the above classification,this paper selected the large market in Xi'an around the South Village(not modified)and North Village(has been transformed)as the object of investigation.This paper investigates the composition of indoor and outdoor space,the composition of internal and external users and the use of space in the south and north of Zhangcun through questionnaire and field visits.This paper makes a comparative analysis of the situation before and after the transformation,and summarizes the unreasonable construction space in the North Zhangjia district after the transformation,the lack of public activity space,and the neglect of the space demand of the large-scale market employees.And finally put forward the preparatory work of the pre-urban district reconstruction area around the large-scale market and the composition of the building space after the transformation.At the same time,the two combinations of construction space and the optimization suggestions of some space are also put forward.
