| Quanzhou coastal Western-style building was established by Quanzhou countrymen residing abroad in the days of Republic of China and the early days of our new nation after they returned to their native place with honor.Its architectural style is diverse and has a high research value of architectural aesthetics.From the perspective of typology and the overall aesthetic composition of the facade,this article analyzes the facade composition of the coastal Western-style building in Quanzhou,the facade composition involved is divided into an external scale-determined composition and an internal perceptual composition induced by concave-convex,vagueness and solidness,and color.In terms of research methods,the article introduces the concepts of internal perceptual composition to the superposition and inversion of external scale composition,by analogy,the regional characteristics of internal perceptual composition to the external superposition and inversion in the coastal Western-style building of Quanzhou are discussed in this article.At the same time,trimming the regional mechanism of concave-convex,vagueness and solidness,and color in the internal perceptual composition,it is found that the superposition and inversion in the facade composition of the coastal Western-style building in Quanzhou show two main types of composition.The first one is when the internal perceptual composition overlaps and reverses the external scale composition,many pairs of internal factors can overlap in the way of emphasizing both horizontal and vertical composition,that is to say,the composition of internal factors is a positive force to each other.The second one is when the internal perceptual composition overlaps and reverses the external scale composition,the internal factors can appear the phenomenon emphasized by the horizontal and vertical opposite composition,that is to say,the composition of internal factors are counter forces to each other,and the final properties of internal composition are determined by the factors with stronger weight.This article divides the facade composition of the coastal Western-style building in Quanzhou into two major composition libraries,in which the internal factors arepositive forces and the internal factors are counter forces,taking the superposition and inversion of internal and external composition as the point of penetration,at last,the reason and regulation of its function of the facade composition are analyzed according to the different mechanism system.The research on the aesthetic field of Quanzhou regional architectural composition can not only extend the regional architectural context of Quanzhou,but also make an objective type of reference and potential design inspiration to the current architectural design. |
