| The development of online e-commerce has impacted traditional businesses in urban Spaces,but even during the pandemic,community businesses such as food markets remain a necessary part of urban residents’ daily lives.Different from ordinary commercial centers,the commercial activities and public services in the market area composed of the wet market and its surrounding areas are more determined by the operating conditions of individual vendors,which reflects a self-organizing law.Within the scope of this study to the Beijing three-ring three market area as the typical case,based on field surveys and street view,respectively for 2020 and 2015 cases in the market of certain areas and the surrounding forms elements and store location data,such as and use of space syntax theory and analysis method,explore market logic and their spatial distribution of the forms.The results show that the topology connectivity of road network has an impact on the number of businesses and the composition of business forms.The higher the connectivity of road network is,the more the number of businesses will be and the more diverse they will be.The diversified road network structure will create a sufficient favorable condition for the existence of business forms on the road network.In terms of grades,community-level commerce in a certain area around the vegetable market has an absolute advantage in quantity,while in terms of the change degree of the business form within a five-year span,the number of the business form related to the vegetable market is the most stable.Most formats are distributed in space in the form of "large dispersion and small aggregation",and some special formats are distributed in space in the form of "uniform distribution" or "agglomeration along the road".Among them,the distribution of "road aggregation type" is greatly affected by the topological law,the distribution of "uniform distribution" is greatly affected by the distance law,and the distribution of "large dispersion and small aggregation type" in the space shows or tends to depend on the distance level law,or tends to analyze the topological level law.Specific to a particular forms,most of the formats in the distribution in space are only applies to the topology analysis law of a certain level or distance,rare forms reflects two analysis under the law of utilization,design the most stable forms in topological level analysis,using distance level were analyzed in different case range will produce a larger degree of difference.In the research on the distribution mechanism behind it,the author finds that residents’ daily shopping habits have more influence on the distribution rule of the format at the distance level,and the number of shops occupied by the format is more related to the distribution rule of the format at the topological level.After synthesizing the distribution laws of the two formats,it can be found that the formats with less demand in residents’ daily life are also less affected by the spatial distribution laws.In addition,the significance of this study is to generate a new understanding of small-scale self-organized commercial spatial distribution,which is conducive to promoting the rational utilization of urban resources and supporting scheme design,so as to improve the commercial spatial vitality of the market and its surrounding areas. |
