Research On Public Space Of New Rural Community In Xi’an Based On Residents Satisfaction Survey

As the end node of the new urbanization system,new rural community is the basic level to promote the integration of urban and rural development.Admittedly,the construction of new rural communities improve the original village environment to a great extent,especially change dirty,disorderly and poor image.it also changes the loose layout of original village,making residential land saving,more compact,residents can experience better living environment.However,in the process of new rural community building,inevitably exist similar design patterns,poor spatial experience,weak community neighborhood phenomenon.In addition,there is also a small part of the village disappeared due to lack of enough attention and protection.In the construction of new rural communities spring tide,the local village context can hard to find.In the community public space,the design of new rural community is still the continuation of settlements planning model,without considering the unique production and lifestyle of residents.The frozen functional zoning,lacking the popularity of the green center in the planning and construction,but the public space that residents real needs is serious lack.In view of the new rural community public space is an important factor affecting the perception of the overall environment,the author choose residents "satisfaction" perspective as the breakthrough in order to provide a new perspective and reference to the construction of new rural communities.Wish the construction of new rural community can do better to “make the city into the nature,so that residents could see the mountains,see the water,remember nostalgia”.I choose the Xi’an city of Changan District,Gaoling District,Huxian and Baqiao District as the research site,these counties is relatively good in leading the construction of new rural communities,it has certain typical and representative.I choose the "merged center " new rural community that relatively mature,the future may promote to construction as the research object.First,through the field photographs,observation records and interviews with residents,learn the impression of the new rural community public space and features,problems.After that,through in-depth "satisfaction" questionnaire analysis,I understand the residents satisfaction tendency of the current situation of public space and internal appeal to space.Based on the analysis,summary of the current situation of the space problem and anlysis of "satisfaction",based on the current situation of domestic scholars on the rural space function division and research of new rural community public space,the existing problems are summarized as the overall space level,"life,production and ecological ”space level.In the aspect of problem analysis,in addition to the "satisfaction" analysis of each public space,the author uses the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to analyze the degree of satisfaction deeply.According to the comparative analysis of "satisfaction" and "attention degree" of residents to public space,the spatial type of "low satisfaction high attention" which needs to be optimized is analyzed and the existing problems of these nodes are deeply analyzed.In view of the overall space,” life,production,ecological ”space and " nodes " space problems,the research of some scholars,the corresponding optimization strategy are proposed in various aspects,followed by Dong Fan community in Gaoling area as the case of the optimization analysis.
