Abstract/Summary:
Under the background of developing the urban green traffic vigorously, public bicycle as an environmental protection, low-carbon, health and energy saving mode of traffic travel is popularized throughout the country. The development of urban public bicycle system can relieve the problem of urban traffic congestion and improve the efficiency of urban transport effectively. But, at present the public bicycle service of our country is still in its infancy, and there are many problems and deficiencies need to be improved further. Therefore, to evaluate and analysis the satisfaction of urban public bicycle has important practical significance.This paper referenced satisfaction theory, and according to the pu blic bicycle satisfaction elements characteristics, using qualitative and quantitative methods of combing method, determining the public bicycle satisfaction index which include convenience, economy, comfort, safety and service, then setting up the comprehensive public bicycle satisfaction evaluation system, determining the method of computing the evaluation index, and calculating the weight of each index in the process of evaluation. Combined with analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, applied to the public bicycle satisfaction evaluation, then built the model of public bicycle satisfaction. Taking the satisfaction of Xi’an public bicycle as an example and verifying the example. Finally, making a conclusion that the score of Xi’an public bicycle satisfaction is 82.9, the satisfaction level is between general and quite satisfaction. According to analysis the result of comprehensive evaluation, found out the weak line of Xi’an public bicycle service system, and to give some improvement suggestions.
