Airport is the principal part which is responsible for handling with unexpected accidents and conducting emergency rescue plans.Airport emergency rescue trailer is one of the important equipment used for aircraft met emergency. And it plays a decisive role on applications of the protection of the aircraft's safety when it was towed off the scene. For different aircraft models, aircraft have different body height and tread; Airport emergency rescue trailer can be adapted to needing of different model's rescue.The content of this article is about the electronic control system of the airport rescue trailer designed and developed by using the Linux Qt / Embedded technology and S7-200.Firstly, the control system of airport rescue trailer was designed through the turning relationship of airport emergency rescue vehicles derived from the principle of the various vehicle steering.Secondly, the building of the embedded operating system kernel based on Linux2.6.28, which includes the selection of embedded systems, analysis and migration of the Bootloader, complication and transplantation of the Linux kernel, migration of the YAFFS file system, and the migration of the embedded graphical user interface.Thirdly, the software design of control system includes Qt application development under the Linux, PC interface design and programming, the next crew S7-200 programming; Finally, the testing methods of this system was introduced, and some experiments are introduced. The experimental results show that the system can achieve the ICAO requirements, the application to meet the needs of the airport.
