Study On The D-Z Railway J Station Reconstruction Project Progress Control

In recent years, with the rapid development of social economy in our country, demand of railway passenger and cargo is increasing. Railway construction has come to the most prosperous stage. The completion of the railway project construction in accordance with the plan will directly affect the operation benefit, and also reflects the management level of the cooperated-building parties. Therefore, the study of the control of railway project is very important for both contractor and project owner.By choosing the control of D-Z railway J station renovation project as the research project and adopting method of combining theory and practice, this article does the research following the way of discover problem- analysis problem- solve the problem. Firstly,topic-selecting background purpose and meaning of the research are briefly introduced here.Besides, through bibliographic search, research status of control of construction project progress is briefly analyzed. This paper introduces the control research of domestic railway construction and related theory. Contents and methods of the research are illustrated as well.Secondly, the article describes the basic situation and implementation of the project and analyzes the problems in the process of project implementation by using the earned value method. Thirdly, using the fishbone diagram method, the progress of the problems in the process of project implementation has carried on the analysis. Finally, find out solution according to the factors that affecting the process. Ensure smooth implementation according to the plan of the project through control in advance, under way and afterwards. At the same time, put forward measures to guarantee the progress from the aspects of organization,management, technology and economy.In this article, through analysis, the reasons that influence J station D-Z railway renovation project schedule delay mainly include following factors: the organizational factors;construction conditions; quality, safety factors; Personnel, machinery, materials, capital and other resources; process method. By organize-and-plan in advance, check-optimize-adjust under way, and improve afterwards, the control of the above factors prevents and reduces he influence of various factors on the progress of he project. The article thus put forward the corresponding security measures. The implementation of the control scheme not only can be the management model of the next renovation project progress control of D-Z railway, but provides a good reference for renovation project progress control of other domestic railway station.
