Research On Schedule Planning And Control Of The First-stage Renovation Project In SG's C-stone

With the development of human industrial process,industrial heritage has seen the world industrial civilization history of the times.To identify and retain the value of industrial heritage;and the same time develop and utilize reasonably,it was important significance to maintain industrial history and continuation of region,the characteristics of the enterprise culture.In the industrial heritage renovation project,the project schedule planning and control is not only a key link in the process of achieving the project schedule,but also one of the main content of project management.It was important to complete the project goal.This article was based on project management knowledge,and Shougang Group's C-Stone first-stage renovation project as case study,expounded the principle and method of project progress plan and control management in the specific application in industry site renovation project.At the first,this article refers to project schedule management related concept.Secondly,this article introduces the prophase work,project planning and project organization structure of Shougang Group's C-Stone first-stage renovation project.And then,this article respectively introduces the Shougang Group's C-Stone first-stage renovation project schedule of preparation process and method for schedule control.Based on characteristics of project,we prepare of project network schedule,clear the key circuit of project and the key work,etc;and the same time,optimize and adjust the project schedule by using effective scientific method.In view of the project progress control management may exist in the process of various risk factors,analysis and measures should be formulated.Our research is base on C-Stone's first-stage transformation project.With the help of proj ect progress plan and control management theory and methods,deep research in specific proje cts and project progress plan and control management are discussed in the application of the p roject process.For the project of scientific and reasonable schedule,analysis summary related to the industrial site protection and reuse of the main technology in the project schedule mana gement methods and measures,and construct the scientific project progress plan and control s ystem,finally for the development and construction of industrial park of Beijing Shougang gr oup to provide help,and provide a reference for further with the project schedule management knowledge.
