Quality Control In The New Project B8 Of MX

With the continuous development of new technology, more and more countries around the world are getting closer and closer. Annexation and reorganization of enterprises become more and more frequently in internal and external of the group. So traditional project quality functional management model is difficult to adapt to such a challenge; Project quality control theory is been promoted largely in such period. However, the project quality management research and development is in different level of different company. At present, the quality management research of electronic connectors is mainly focused on the development and design phase. Research theories are relatively small from pilot phase to mass production phase. There is not enough theoretical research and application in new production introduction phase that we discussed from pilot phase to mass production phase.There are a lots of quality manage problem in this phase of MX, so we research theory and then analysis the case of quality management in the new production introduction phase.First, this paper describes the background, the purpose, significance of the research and introduces the content of the paper. Second in the theoretical research part, we study the current advanced research theory and trend of project quality management. And then research the each phase of the new production introduction phase, from realizable phase, stable test phase to pilot and mass production phase. Also we analyze and appraise each phase from quality start, quality planning, quality assurance, quality control and implementation of analysis and demonstration. Finally this paper discusses how to improve the quality management of the new product project effectively in MX of B8 project.so that based on the above theory; we could fully analyze and study the new project of B8, and then find the best suitable method and mode to improve our efficiency. At the end of the paper;Summarize and conclude the studies.
