Based On Goal Of Modern Garden City KongGang New Town Planning Implementation Evaluation Research

Under the influence of the theory of garden city,are put forward to build our country more in accord with the situation of modern garden city goal,and after several attempts,the understanding of modern garden city bias and fuzzy,the construction effect is not ideal,more cannot effectively make effective evaluation on construction modern garden city.Clear,therefore,the core of modern rural city connotation and characteristics,main points,straighten out the modern rural construction of city and through a set of effective modern rural urban planning evaluation system to get feedback in time,and then fixed construction emphasis,is a necessary condition for the development of modern garden city in China.Xi‘Xian new area master plan(2010-2020),guided by the "garden city" theory,put forward to build a have a "core plate support,convenient transportation connections,is exquisite town ornament,urban agriculture foil" modern garden city,has now entered the "10 years of great change" at the end of the construction phase.The Xi‘Xian new area implementation effect is not ideal,however,is apart from the planning goal still far short,urban environmental mess and confusion of industry layout,traffic construction lag,supporting service facilities not congruent problems still exist.This paper tries to study the above problem,aims to objective evaluation effect of Xi‘Xian new area planning,planning for the new period and the urban construction research foundation.Research first to Howard's "garden city" theory of time background and theory of content analysis,to explore the "garden city" the core concept and basic features,and a systematic theory of "garden city" of European and American influence on the development of the urbanization,authors summarize the characteristics of practice and successful experience;Secondly,according to our country's modern practice case of garden city case study and comparison with foreign garden city,define the concept of modern garden city and development goals,has been clear about the basic features of modern garden city and planning implementation;And Xi‘Xian new area KongGang new town as an example,the construction of modern rural urban planning implementation evaluation index system,from the ecology,the industrial form a complete set of efficient,convenient transportation and good balanced development goals,such as using the analytic hierarchy process(Ahp)to determine the index weight,calculation of Xi‘Xian new area KongGang new town planning and implementation of the comprehensive evaluation value,evaluation of planning implementation are in good condition,Xi‘Xian new area modern garden city construction to provide theoretical basis and development Suggestions.Research suggests KongGang new town in the early modern rural construction is still in the city,from the modern rural city goal is still a far cry from.Invests in many ecological construction planning and construction is huge,but results in general;In industry,traffic,public service facilities are lag,the need to improve,to maintain the healthy development of the modern garden city.Research suggests that KongGang new town construction in the future,first is should play its transport hub features,strengthening the airport,improve facilities construction of traffic,with the help of traffic advantages led growth industry;Secondly,it is to make up the city infrastructure construction,attract population into;Thirdly is to build the ecological landscape portal,improve the quality of urban ecological environment.
