Area Selection And Constructive Planning Of Xinlicheng Town

Since the 90's of the last century , the urbanization in our country has come into a quickgrowth period of time .The newly urbanized areas , because of their location advantages ofbeing close to big cites or called the fringe effect of big cities, become the most active andvital economic areas around the big cities. At the same time, they are also areas where allkinds of conflicts focus on. They act a key roll in the economy development and citilization ofbig cities.Firstly, this thesis analyses the development feature of the newly urbanized areas, pointsout that they are organic components in regional development of big cities. And their relationis very close. Secondly,this thesis combines this theory with the practical example ofXinlicheng town planning and construction. The ideas of this research are new in theory andfeasible in practice. They could be used as a guideline in the development of small towns inthe vicinity of big city with the aim at keeping municipal vicinities on sustainabledevelopment.Based on the interpretation of relative theories and the object reality this thesis gives apreliminary inquiry and study. This thesis is divided into four parts:Chapter 1: Overview of this thesis, the background and the meaning of this research.Chapter 2: Expatiate on the theories of village and small town planning, the characteristicand advantage of developing the newly urbanized areas around the big cities (municipalvicinities). Finally, combine these theories with this practical planning research work.Chapter 3: Resolve the problem of Xinlicheng town area selection. Illuminate thebackground of area selection according to related principles. Compare and analyze differentschemes of area selection, explain the region effect of town area selection at the same time.Chapter 4:Research of Xinlicheng town's constructive planning. Analyze the conditionof town construction and the adjustability of town constructive area planning. Expatiate on theproperty and scale of this town, area arrangement, area structure and target, landscape, specialproject planning, greenbelt and environmental protect planning, according to planningprinciples, area scope and time limit.
