| The concept of small towns was put forward in the 1970 s,and it was proposed at the 16 th Party Congress that “we must adhere to the road of socialist urbanization with Chinese characteristics and truly achieve the goal of the people living and sheltering.” Planning and construction of small towns has become an important part of the new urbanization.Hunan Anhua is located in the central part of Hunan Province and is the core area of Meishan culture.It has the most cultural sense of belonging and regional cohesion.It is also the leading cultural tourism in Hunan and has great potential for development.As a typical small town in the central region of China,Hunan Anhua is also faced with common problems in the development of small towns in the central region.For the study of “strengthening the advantages to promote the rise of the central region”,the small towns in Anhua,Hunan Province,are the most representative.This article adopts a methodological system of "theoretical research-investigation(problem research)-method research-empirical research".Mainly through analogy research domestic and foreign theory on small town planning.By analyzing the current situation of Hunan Anhua planning,we identified problems and analyzed problems,and put forward the study of small town planning from the perspective of “resource assessment”.Focusing on“resource assessment and development” and “small town planning” for integration analysis,build a resource evaluation system and resource development principles,and propose strategies for small town planning based on resource evaluation systems and resource development principles.Analysis the planning of Hunan Anhua small town from three levels:Development planning,master planning,and detailed planning.Finally,taking the planning practice of Lengshi Town as an example,the application of small town planning research based on resource evaluation in actual small town planning is discussed.At present,China is actively building and developing small cities and towns.Therefore,the research in this paper has important practical significance for promoting the healthy and stable development of small towns and taking a new road to urbanization. |
