The Review&Recitation Research Of Planning&Design And Construction Of The Central Green Corridor Park In Fenxi New City,Shaanxi Xi-xian New Area

In 2015,Shaanxi Xi-xian New Area was approved as the first pilot cities of National Sponge City Development Stratedgy.Fenxi New City is decided to be the key city area of constructing.Central Green Corridor Park is the key project among the Sponge city infrastructure of Fenxi New City,being located in the planned downtown area,passing through the whole city from southeast to northwest,connecting two Rivers of Feng and Wei,which flow at the boundaries of the new city.The Central Green Corridor Park,a 7 km long "rain and flood regulation area" burden an important ecological corridor in the new city.Through the artificial excavation of the belt drainage system,The Central Green Corridor Park propose to paly the role of the green open space,green belt and slow walking road park.The first construction phase,covering an area of 23 hectares,has been completedThis article reviewed the whole process of planning,designand construction,trying to answer two questions:How the decision has been made to plan The Central Green Corridor Park center green gallery,and its role and goal in the urban ecological infrastructure and green space system.And to find the accordance of how the form and shape of this park has been decided and planned.Secondly,by reviewing the core design elements,and the planning and design issues and problems during the process of construction,this study uses the methods of Post-Evaluation to summarize and comment on two aspects:First,to search for the origin of the formation,development of planning stratedgy of the Central Green Corridor,;The second is the key problem during the process of[mplementation planning and design to site construction schemeBy summarizing the case the formation of the planning and design,and the problems in the process of construction,this case provides the complete and typical practicing reference for the sponge city construction in northwest cities:on the basis of the rainwater management and flood controlment,constructing new rainwater and funning off system to form the regional urban landscape and landmarks.This paper finally aims to explore the general adaptively new mode for both the green infrastructure and green space system planning and construction andthe development of new urban area in the semi-arid area of Northwest China.
