The Research On Planning Method Of Deqing County Modern Garden City Construction

Against the background of urban-rural integration and sustainable development, this paper do exploration and research on modern garden city in terms of theory and planning methods on the base of Garden City Theory and its quintessence of sociable cities. Through the regional spatial analyze and recognition direct against Deqing County, Huzhou City, the paper proposed the planning methods and recommendations for the congstruction of modern garden city of Deqing County.Confronted with the morden cities development request of ecological sustainability, urban-rural integration and regional integration, the morden garden city planning is just rising and developing. But the long-term misunderstanding and misleading of Garden City Theory during the early period make the exploration of modern garden city theory which based on the new perspective of "Social City" and the method of modern garden city planning from the perspect of methodology become particularly urgent and necessary.Therefore, in order to obtain the basic knowledge of Garden City Theory and the further research implications, this paper firstly reviewed and summarized the early foreign garden city theory and movements, the domestic recognition of garden city theory under the new circumstances and the latest exploration of modern garden city theory.Secondly, from the new perspective of "Social City", the paper redefined the concept of modern garden city, and proposed the key condition elements, development mechanism, realizing route, spatial process and the results of modern garden city construction with a new angle of spacial plan.Thirdly, an investigation was carried out in Deqing county combined with the project of Deqing county modern garden city planning. By space analyze and the development stage cognition based on the survey statistician and data analyze of the social elements, economic elements, ecological elements and traffic elements in Deqing county, a conclusion can be drawn that Deqing county has basically had the foundation and planning conditions for modern garden city development, and the mainpoints of the further planning are spatial optimization and LAN association(local area network association).Finally, based on the spacial analyze and the cognition of development stage, this paper proposed the planning strategy and methods of Deqing modern gardern city planning mainly from the two aspect of spatial optimization and LAN association.
