Research On The Adaptive Design Strategy Of Block Residential Area

At the end of 1950 s,our country began to develop the residential area through learning the experience of urban development from Soviet Union due to the needs of the development of the city.In 1980 s,the real estate industry began to rise with the beginning of the reform of housing system in China.And the residential area planning model rapid development,which is based on the residential area.The domestic residential district model development has been nearly 60 years,and residential area is always the dominant mode of residential district planning.But in the era of change,social change,economic level rising,people's material needs are increasingly high,the residential mode of residential district planning exposed in practice in planning and construction more and more problems.In the current situation of the city,national and local government put forward the "building blocks",and the block residential area is in line with "building blocks" requirements,so this paper will make the block residential area as the research object.This paper focuses on the analysis of the adaptability situation of the block residential area in the city and propose design strategy of the block residential area,and hoping to provide strategies and suggestions with reference value in the planning and construction practice in the future for the block residential area.This paper starts from the background of the domestic residential area planning and construction and discusses the necessity of the construction of the block residential area and defines the purpose and significance of the research and explains the meaning of the block residential area.Then,studying the basic theory of the residential area planning and organization model.Second analyzing the basic characteristics of the block residential area by comparing the block residential area model with the residential area model.Third selecting the samples of residential in each region of the city in line with the basic characteristics according to the "yolk,protein,eggshell" theory to do the field investigation from the relationship between city traffic,residential area and human behavior,and residents' psychological evaluation of the environment of residential areas.Then obtaining the comprehensive adaptability analysis of the block residential area in the city from city traffic,public space and public service facilities in residential areas and residential environment adaptability combined with the field survey data.Further summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the current block type settlements have been built there.Finally,the paper puts forward the optimal design to solve the problems of urban design and architectural design in the block residential area which has been built in our country through literature research and case analysis.And take the nine Street residential area of Guanyin Bridge as the object to carry on the optimized design research.In addition,putting forward the macro countermeasures to reduce construction resistance of the block residential area in the practical planning and construction through literature research from national policy,society,economy,management and so on.
