| With decades of rapid urban construction and development in China,the drawbacks brought by urbanization,environmental damage,resource shortage and other ecological problems have become increasingly prominent.As the largest part of the city,the residential area is also faced with more and more challenges of ecological environment problems.Entering a new era of green development,facing the growing demand for high-quality residential environment,it has become a consensus of the whole society to vigorously develop green residential areas.BIM technology has great advantages in the field of green building design.It can realize the sharing of information models between platforms,the interaction of simulation analysis data,improve the efficiency and accuracy of analysis,and the visualization of analysis results,which can provide strong technical support for the design of green residential areas.Based on the above background,this paper takes Xi’an residential outdoor environment as the research object,through to the related theory and standard inductive study of Xi’an residential outdoor environment of green design,through to the Xi’an residential preliminary research at different periods,selecting typical cases,detailed space,landscape environment information collection and the measured physical environment,combined with the questionnaire and collect data for BIM technology simulation modeling and analysis,the control design points contrast summed up the main problems of Xi’an residential outdoor environment design.Finally,according to the above research conclusions,from three aspects of space environment,landscape environment and physical environment,combined with BIM technology to conduct meteorological and physical environment analysis and simulation,put forward a green residential outdoor environment design strategy suitable for Xi’an City,and carried out optimization design practice on one of the typical residential cases to verify the feasibility of the strategy.The main research work and achievements of this paper include:(1)Through the comparison and induction of the latest green residential standards and the local green standards in Shaanxi Province,the key points of the outdoor environment design of green residential areas in Xi’an City are obtained(2)Through the investigation,test and simulation of the outdoor environment of typical residential areas in Xi’an in each period,the design characteristics and main existing problems of the outdoor environment of residential areas in Xi’an are analyzed and summarized(3)Based on the BIM technology simulation analysis,the outdoor environment design strategy for green residential areas suitable for Xi’an City is proposed and the optimization design is demonstrated. |
