The increasingly serious environmental pollution of airport noise has become a stumbling block to the further development of China's civil aviation industry,then some effective noise control strategies must be taken to reduce its influence.Flight track optimization as a strategy that can effectively reduce the influence of airport noise,has been more and more focused in academics and industries.The noise annoyance reduction oriented arrival flight track optimization is mainly studied in this research,and its core idea is that on the foundation of ensuring flight safety,comprehensive airspace,air navigation,flight dynamics and terrain constraints,avoiding flying on densely populated area,then an optimal arrival flight track for the airport with a specific flight procedure will be provided.The followings are objectives of this research.Based on the data of noise monitoring points' and radar flight tracks' of Beijing Capital International Airport,analyzing the impact of different flight tracks' noise data with the same aircraft type and flight procedure using T-test and analysis of variance.The experimental results show that different flight tracks' noise data under the same aircraft type and the same flight procedure have significant difference.Constructing the flight optimization model considering the noise level of different tracks have significant difference.Determining the flight control area based on the arrival flight procedure,using noise annoyance of sensitive points,aircraft flying economic cost and security cost minimum as the optimization objectives,construct a multi-objective optimization model of arrival flight track,through gridding flight control area,then for the quantitative method assign weight to the grid points to simplify the model.Combined with the unique characteristics of arrival flight track,an algorithm for the arrival flight track optimization model is proposed based on dynamic programming.Divide the solution of the optimization model into two segments,solve these two segments using dynamic programming method and then combine these two results.The simulation results show that the optimization model of arrival flight track and its segment solution algorithm can effectively reduce noise impact to the airport surrounding area.
