| As an important component of automobile, the quality control and tracilityof airbag’s manufacturing process is very important. At present most of theairbag manufacturers used a traditional model of hand-copying and then enteringinto the computer, in which there are heavy workload, copying and keyboardinput error and other shortcomings, in the airbag production and sales service.In this thesis, in order to solve problems in the traditional model, the tracingsystem establish the "ID" system for the airbag, and equipped with touch-panelcomputers for each station, server computer and PLC for the terminal. Thesystem is Client/Server architecture, automatically create production a data filefor each station of the airbag production line by using barcode technology,computer technology and modern control techniques, and achieves traceabilityand the function of assembly sequence error proofing between process. Systemdevelopment environment is Windows Server2000operating system, and back-end database software is Microsoft SQL Server2000. Front-end developmenttool is Visual Basic6.0. In software designing, it optimized the database structureand composition, using the way to coexist the temporary database and the masterdatabase, it effectively solved the contradiction between access and tracing ofreal-time production data.The way adopted distributed computer and Client/Server model to deal withbarcode scanning input and feedback, can reduce the server and networkcommunication burden, improve overall performance and system reliability. Itcan creat a flexible assembly line to fit a variety of product types through areasonable choice and configuration. It can not only guarantee the airbagassembly, but also save the test data in the system database, which will be helpfulto fault trace in the future. It can improve the airbag manufacturer’s service level,product quality traceablity standard and the whole enterprise information management level, bring great management and economic benefits to airbagmanufactures. Now, the system has been successfully used by enterprise and hasgot a good result in application. The traceability system has the followingadvantages: friendly human-machine interface, fast response, suitable for avariety of product types, error proofing and assembly quality monitoringfunctions. |
