Aircraft Manufacturing Materials Distribution Technology Research And Applications

The process of materiel distribution in aircraft manufacturing enterprise include much material flow, information flow and capital flow. It's a difficult problem that how to realize uniform and efficient management in aircraft manufacturing enterprise. Use traditional distribution models which Service-oriented, that is, supply materials for workshop production line used in the passive mode to get, and it easily leads many problems such as information flow of workshop production, logistics bottlenecks and the accumulation of problems on the spot. After considering the practicality of material distribution in aircraft manufacturing, to solve above-mentioned question in effectively, research on the technology of material distribution in aircraft manufacturing with systemic and all-round, make distribution more rational, harmonious, smooth, and realize lean distribution. The main content of the dissertation are as follows:(1) Analyzed the actuality and problem of enterprise distribution, extend the conception and function of distribution, establish material distribution which supported manufacturing, realize change from passive distribution to initiative distribution.(2) According to the principle of organizing distribution task rationally. Construct organization model and the mission model for material distribution, analyzed the work flow of distribution in totally.(3) Have discussed the bar code technology application problem in material distribution , through barcode technology to gather various data and information in the process of distribution, realized information collected immediately , veracity and network.(4) According to soft and hardware environment in enterprise, planned and designed material distribution Management Information System to manage work flow of distribution, realized intelligent operation and control of the distribution management.
