Abstract/Summary:
Due to the complexity of aircraft engine structure,all kinds of equipment involved in the process of aircraft assembly finished products,accessories and components are numerous,in every system of the whole machine installed,for troubleshooting,modification,replacement model causes to dismantle some accessories,components,so in to restore after installation,check should be carried out according to the assembly operation procedures.Therefore,by introducing the technology of image recognition combined with machine learning to study the method of intelligent inspection of assembly process,it is helpful to avoid the disadvantages of relying on manpower to carry out cabin inspection at present and eliminate the hidden quality trouble to the greatest extent.This article first of aircraft parts assembly scene scene investigation,combining with the aircraft parts assembly scene requirement for checking the status of assembly,the methods of based on machine vision,image processing,the assembly process in the light of wrong loading packing and more tailings is analyzed,and according to this method and combining with related hardware assembly state detection hardware and software construction of the systemFirst of all,in view of the background of the present stage,the relevant technology research;Research topics include robot control technology,deep learning,digital image processing methods,enhanced display and detection procedures.Secondly,the hardware system design and the main software development language are determined according to the scene requirements.The hardware system includes the selection of industrial robot,industrial camera,projection system,light source,lens,and the design and manufacture of relevant frame accessories.The overall hardware system platform meets the actual needs of field detection.The software system uses Python as the main development language,combined with the third-party algorithm function package to realize the software platform of the detection system.Finally,this paper builds an experimental prototype of assembly status detection in the laboratory,develops the corresponding system on the prototype,and verifies the validity of the key functions according to the simulation scene.The intelligent detection system of aircraft parts assembly status can detect typical quality problems such as misassembly,missing assembly and excess items in the aircraft assembly scene,and realize the guidance to operators by combining with the enhanced display system based on projection.
