Aircraft is one of the major inventions in human history,which has a wide range of applications in the national defense,aviation,aerospace and other fields, but the research of the aircraft assembly system is in its infancy.Therefore,it has important theoretical and practical significance for the study of the aircraft docking and assembly system and the mechanism of each assembling aspect, which come to a viable way to put the final overall program to achieve efficient aircraft assembly,At the same time,extend the assembly mechanism to other applications.In China,the aircraft is still used manual assembly method,which is inefficient,labor-intensive,assembly accuracy can not be assured.In order to solve such problems,this paper proposed a new aircraft docking and assembly program from the perspective of system functions and units,and used the system design methods,to study each unit program and its principle and method for the various segments of the assembly.After studying the issue on the basis of the above,this paper used SolidWorks to establish a three-dimensional solid model of aircraft docking and assembly system and used-Animator plug-in to generate the animation of the assembly process.It processed the logic model of aircraft docking and assembly system and generated curves for the logic analysis based on Stateflow.The research of the mechanism and methods of aircraft docking and assembly system in this paper has some reference value to improve the technology of aircraft docking and assembly in China.
