On The Scheming And Development Of Mountainous Residential Area In Dalian

With the deepening of the urbanization process, and the continuous development of realestate, the mountain land now became another type of urban land for residential building construction purpose. Not only from the aspects of economy and living conditions, mountain land residential building program, which are of beautiful landscaping, spatial from of flexibleWith the development and changes of the real estate forms, the living products have also changed greatly from the way of living, construction, supply and distribution pattern,meanwhile the spiritual level, concepts and understanding are changed as well. As a design manager in the construction industry, we are continually groping for housing products in line with the spirit and content of the times. In addressing the development orientation of residential projects, we should deal with specific housing and specific times too; products are related to the needs of a generation; In the research and development poeriod, we should integrate favorable and unfavorable natural and social resources to improve the product value and competitiveness; in the evaluation of the project, in a diversified living values, to evaluate a mountain land project in the way of science.In Chapter One, the study background of the research is introduced, the current research situation is discussed, expounds the practical significance of the research topic and the framework of the paper. In Chapter Two, mountain land residential theory is mainly discussed,for the foundation building for the following discussion.In Chapter Three, as per the development process, study of the mountain land residential projects location, basic ideas,design principles are discussed, according to the mountain land planning and design. In Chapter Four, investigation study based on the former theory are executed. Chapter Five is the practical and performance in a real project, throughout the "Oriental Holy Carat� project's whole building process, to improve the characteristics of mountain land residential planning design, architecture design and landscaping, for reference for future project development of mountain land building in Dalian area in future.On the basis of the theoretical research, this article will make a reasonable analysis based on the comparison and analysis of the cases and the practical project results. Finally,the principles and methods of planning and design of mountainous residential areas suitable for Dalian are summarized. Finally, the practical reference and practical methods of other similar projects are put forward.
