Large End Type Mountain Settlements Planning And Design The Main Problems In The Research

With the rapid economic development and the improvement of the living standard, especially the reform and opening up thirty years, Housing system reform and the booming real estate development as well as the constant quickening of the urbanization process, we are facing an unparalleled residence transformation. With the programs for reforming the urban housing system being implemented in Jinan, the city is spreading upwards and outwards, the residence is being expanded in area and improved in quality. The unique geographic and geomorphic conditions in Jinan result for a lot of large-scale Stub-End type residence located in the special position in the mountains. While because of without scientific and reasonable planning and designing, the residences bring to the city a certain number of problems, such as city traffic congestion, Mountain landscape destruction, Flood control safety and so on, which seriously restrict the developing potential of these residences. Based on on-the-ground research into the planning problems, this thesis takes the large-scale Stub-End type mountainous area residential district as research object, tries to offer a set of comparatively intact mentality of designing and implementation countermeasure for planning and constructing of Stub-End type residences.The thesis consists of three parts.Part one concentrates on basic research, put forward understanding and definition of the basic concepts, which focuses on the research background, purpose and significance, the research thinking and methods, the research framework, and gives a research summary on mountainous area residential district abroad and home, so as to lay the foundation for further study.The second part is the main study, including Chapter Ⅱ, Chapter Ⅲ, Chapter Ⅳ and Chapter Ⅴ. Chapter Ⅱ makes the typical Stub-End type mountainous area residential district located in southern Jinan as an example, analyzes the current situation of the construction planning, including the reasons leading to these results and the developing mode of this region. Based on the analysis of current situation of planning and constructing, Chapter Ⅳ, Chapter Ⅳ and Chapter Ⅴ point out the impact on transportation, environment and flood. And then from the analysis of reasons, with the city and residential relationship as a starting point, this paper puts forward the effective design countermeasure combined with the actual situation of Ji’nan City, in order to promote Stub-End Type Mountainous Area Residential District reasonable construction. The third part is the conclusion to this thesis. This part carries on the summary regarding entire, prospects for future research.
