Study On Spatial Development Model And Planning Strategy Of Mountainous Small Towns In Lueyang County

Lueyang County is located in the hinterland of the Qinba Mountains in southern Shaanxi.The small towns in the county are all mountainous towns.These towns exhibit unique spatial characteristics due to the unique natural and cultural environment.Against the backdrop of macroeconomic policies such as new urbanization and rural revitalization,small mountainous towns in Lueyang County have ushered in unprecedented development opportunities and also faced greater challenges.Under the premise of ensuring the rapid development of mountain towns,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study how to coordinate the relationship between the expansion of urban scale and construction land,urban construction and ecological environment,urban internal functions and economic development.Taking the above problems as the starting point,this paper uses literature research methods,survey research methods,classification research methods and other research methods to first summarize and analyze the relevant literature,and secondly to summarize and analyze the spatial development characteristics of small mountain towns in Lueyang County.Based on this,the influencing factors and dynamic mechanism of space development are put forward.On this basis,the overall development strategy of small mountain towns is proposed,and finally empirical research on typical cases is carried out.Chapter 1: First pointed out the policy,regional background and practical demands of this study,clarified the research scope of this paper,defined the main basic concepts,and indicated the research content and main research methods of this article.Chapter 2: A review of small towns and small mountainous towns at home and abroad from various angles,and the relevant theories in the field of geography,urban and rural planning and other fields involved in this article.Chapter 3: Analyze and summarize the overall development characteristics of mountain towns in Lueyang County,summarize the natural and human factors that affect the spatial development of mountain towns,and analyze the dynamic mechanism and evolution mechanism of mountain towns’ spatial development.Chapter 4: According to the analysis of the status quo and the evolution mechanism,it puts forward the principles of small town development planning,spatial development strategy,industrial development strategy,town and village system strategy,shape creation strategy,ecological development strategy and implementation guarantee strategy.Chapter 5: Select typical towns as research objects,formulate appropriate industrial development frameworks and town-village system planning strategies,summarize the impact mechanism of typical town-town spatial development,and optimize the existing spatial structure and land layout Adjustment.Chapter 6: Summarized the conclusions of the research and possible innovations,and put forward the shortcomings of this research and the prospects of the follow-up research.
