The Research Of Mountainous Residence District Design

With the speeding reformation of housing system and citify progress, China is undergoing a non-experienced revolution storm of housing. In this storm, the architects of the mountainous residence district were not only faced to the demand of large-quantity and extensive-acreage housing, but also confronted with the dual-challenge made by the complex environment of physical geography and dense surroundings of humanistic community. In the background of new times, constructing sharp-cut produce system of regionality of architecture is realistically and pertinently. The investigation of this paper aimed to availability of designing mountainous residence district of our country is about to create live space of mountainous areas based on sharply regional character, offering feasible design scheme.As to the problems of the construction work in today’s residence place design, this paper concludes that the most important two factors, affecting the mountainous residence district design, are the nature and social environment, combining with the analysis of both the technology and the development root of mountainous residence district, based on the research results of overseas residence district design. In the following chapter, we will discuss about how to design after we absorb the experiences of traditional design and learn the advanced design methods in overseas project, combining with the local economy, technology and cultural condition.From my point of view, this paper has several innovation points existing in the following aspects:(1) In the research process, we precisely add the "pursue the modernism" as the design target of this paper, and we also encourage people to reacquaint the root of the mountainous residence district from a more wide and hommization point of view, not only confine to the traditional design rules.(2) This paper not only consider how to response the regional character of local geography and climate environment, but also explain why the high speed of development could bring cultural problems to the project. This is a new research direction of the mountainous residence district, and it is also a important research aspect and one of valuable parts in this paper.(3) This paper only choose the adaptable design method to the regional environment as a main research object, and don’t mention the all kinds of sculpting style. As we live in a information technology developing fast world, the style of architecture in different places, can break the barrier of both space and time easily to be showed in front of the people and enrich the standard of the beauty in the architecture. All of these is due to the crash between the regional culture and the world wide culture. In response, only the residence space, based on the experiences of adapting to the local environment, can stay forever and be the most appropriate medium to stand for the regional character of the mountainous residence district.In conclusion, the objectives of the construction work in mountainous residence district is not only containing the appropriate residence space, but also assembling with the process of taking over the boundaries and repairing the environment beside. As people being neglecting the humanity community in today’s society, the construction work of the mountainous residence district is taken as a important pathway to find out and preserve the regional character.
