Research On Project Schedule Management Based On Critical Chain Model

Critical chain technology is a resource constrained project schedule management method,which is the product of applying the theory of constraints to project management. The core idea of the theory of constraints applied to the project management, considering the effectiveness of the whole system, emphasized in the management process of the uncertainty of system thinking, has important significance for the progress of proect management control and management.This paper takes X project management as the research subject, through the analysis of X project management in the construction process, construction schedule management system of the project based on critical chain model, and through the development of the progress of the corresponding management countermeasures, ensure the project schedule efficiently.
