| In this paper,we studied the emotional design experience for children in the process of injection and infusion in hospital.First of all,it described the development of emotional theory,summed up the design methods of emotional design for children’s product,and then infer the emotional experience of children’s product design model and design elements.Then,we surveyed the mechanism of negative emotion in the process of children’s treatment,and in order to construct the design model of emotional experience in children’s hospital.Finally,through the practice of product design and interactive design for children’s hospital public service,the practical guiding value of this design method is verified.This design method is based on the psychology frame of a rich user experience research,it explains how and in what circumstances can negative emotions produce.it’s a certain emotional method to help children transform the negative emotions and correctly evaluate the emotional experience,guides user behavior and achieve personal goals,make for users a comprehensive,rich,meaningful emotional experience.This paper mainly solve the following problems:(1)Research on the theory of emotional development and emotional design method,pay attention to the relationship between children’s emotional and psychological analysis of children’s behavior problems;emotional design case design elements and weight ratio,summarize the design elements of several kinds of emotional experience;(2)Children’s Hospital user interview and behavior observation,summarized and designed to meet the children’s emotion measurement method for the purpose of research,analysis of several negative emotions in children’s Hospital in the context of the user experience design framework;(3)The use of children’s Hospital experience design model and design guidelines,by the children’s Hospital of public product conceptual design,expounds how to use the experience design framework,design and analysis ideas and design elements,display design effect. |
