Product Service System Ecological Design Method Under "Internet Plus"

This article based on the background of the “Internet Plus”and the ecological of product service system,and makes some research on the Internet service platform of Alibaba,Apple,DiDi and Le Eco,and explore the ecological elements of product service system--Information flow.Then put forward the "information-based design for product-service system" method and evaluation standard,and to guide the design.This article through the transformation of manufacturing services opportunities.Through the research of concept evolution,system composition,level characteristics and strategic significance of product service system,to summarizes the design method,design flow and design evaluation.While exploring the sustainable development potential of the product and service system and the impact of the Internet on its system development.Through the study of the Internet service product system characteristics,summed up with the development of "Internet Plus",product service system began to show the ecological development trend.After the in-depth study of the existing ecological composition and development needs of the system,the author points out the weakness behind the ecology-the information communication barrier.Based on this conclusion,put up with a new idea of eco-design of product service system based on "information" : Build service scenes based on information flow and find the user’s demand in this scene.Used the method of information flow between products and services,the flow of information about products and services,the flow of information for people and services for the progressive clues to propose products and services in the system information connection,finally,the information flow to sublimation to large data platform as the basis,to provide users with "needed is easy to get" precision service.And put forward the design steps of "interconnection-cooperation-update",and through the flow of information,efficient circulation and continuous circulation put forward the evaluation criteria of system ecological design.Through the in-depth study and the case verification,the paper gives the ecological design method of the product service system,finally guides the design practice to deepen,verifies its design feasibility and makes the prospect of the ecological development of the product service system.In this paper,through the research and induction of the product service system design methods,to explore the ecological development of new trends.And analyzes the ecological case of the existing product service system,summarizes the weakness of the lack of information flow in the ecological mode,puts forward the design method theory based on "information" and guides the design practice,thus enhancing the ecological power of product service system,pointing out that the design of the information collaboration of future enterprises can be realized.
