With the sharp decline in fossil fuels, energy shortage will become one of the bottlenecks of human development in the future. Solar has a large reserves, long life, no pollution advantages, thus becoming the most promising a new energy, development potential is huge. Solar photovoltaic power plants in general construction In the remote, more harsh outdoor environment, the photovoltaic components of the battery through the perennial wind and sun will inevitably fail, if not dealt with in time, easily lead to safety problems. Therefore, it is necessary to monitor the operating parameters of the photovoltaic cell module in real time.This paper designs and implements a monitoring device based on ZigBee protocol. The node uses CC2530 as the master chip and is powered directly from the battery panel, which can accurately collect the voltage, current and environment temperature and humidity of the PV cell module. You can aggregate the data to the coordinator node, and finally upload to the host computer. The design of the node includes the design of the node hardware and the design of the node software. The design of the hardware part mainly includes the design of the ZigBee core board circuit and the design of the power supply module, the buck module, the acquisition module and the external interface circuit in the expansion board. Including node serial communication program, current, voltage and temperature and humidity data acquisition procedures and wireless networking program design.Finally, the paper based on LabVIEW prepared the monitoring system host computer, completed the PV module operating parameters of the real-time display and the relevant monitoring data processing, in order to achieve the bottom of the monitoring node, ZigBee network and monitoring system consisting of the host computer photovoltaic module Monitoring System.
