With the railway transportation capacity increasing and high speed of railway transportation, the traction performance of electric locomotive of the railway transport sector requirements more stringent. Will be placed in different lines of locomotive traction experiment can obtain its traction performance. Locomotive traction test is the Railway Bureau in the opening of new lines, improve freight traction weight, passenger train speed, the new locomotive operation, in after repairing locomotive operating condition again made a necessary technical matters. Its purpose is the locomotive performance parameters will get through the test of feedback to the planning and operation to develop transportation, suitable scheme and operation strategy for the railway transportation department, take measures to provide a scientific basis for tapping potentials.Wireless sensor network is an intelligent network integration of multiple technologies, is widely used in the field of monitoring, environmental monitoring, medical care, intelligent transportation and other fields, Home Furnishing. ZigBee is a unified technical standards, high reliability, low power consumption, short distance wireless communication technology, is very suitable for wireless data transmission system.In this paper, according to the type HXD1C locomotive main operation parameters detection requirements, using ZigBee technology, wireless sensor network to build the composition of the traction test vehicle detection system scheme, implementation wireless detection of locomotive operation parameters. For locomotive network side voltage and the net side current, traction motor, voltage and current, ignites the locomotive speed, traction and braking signal detection circuit design.In this paper, with the help of the CC2530 system on chip, the hardware design of a wireless sensor network node, in the integrated development environment of EW8051 modification and transplantation of Z-Stack protocol stack, completed the coordinator, terminal node software design process. Through simulative debugging in monitoring on the test data are obtained.
