Now,Automobile electronic technology is developing.Due to the improvement of vehicle performance,the number of electronic control units(ECU)on the car is increased,which leads to an increase in the wiring harness and a reduction in the available space in the vehicle.In order to reduce the wiring harness and the cost of communication,in this occasion which the requirement for performance?bandwidth and complexity is not high,low-speed LIN bus network as auxiliary for high speed network,have been widely used.On the base of introdution of LIN bus protocol specification,the paper design LIN bus network.Through analyze the topological structure of network,make an optimal LIN bus network.At the same time,processing the hardware and software design for master-slave node in the LIN bus network;The reliability of LIN bus network is analyzed by theoretical analysis and mathematical modeling method,and make its reliability model.In this paper,design host computer of LIN bus.Simulate the function of master node of LIN bus,and communicate with the slave computer.Using VC ++ 6.0 development environment and MSComm design a host computer interface to monitor the status of the slave node of the slave computer,and use the program to realize its specific function.And on this basis draws the software execution flow chart,designs the finite-state machine model of the master node.Through the design of the host computer,connected with USB-TO-UART device and the specific slave node,to finish communication task.In this paper,we first analyze and describe the function states of the slave nodes and get the transition relationship between the functional states and the state transition diagram.Then,we test each function state of the slave computer by the host computer,of the test data and the results displayed to the host computer interface,convenience for user to observation,analysis and processing.At the same time,according to the design requirements of slave nodes and the status signs of various faults,the fault state is verified by test.The design of the host computer to achive the LIN bus communication and the management of state of slave computer,and the test results will be display?storage?analysis.Through the testing of various functional states and fault states,it can meet the basic requirements of PC stability and LIN communication task,and achieve the purpose of design.
