Research On Schedule Management Of BFC Building Air Purification System In FX Group

Project schedule management is one of the most important knowledge systems of project management.Schedule management,together with cost management and quality management are known as the three core objectives of project management.Project schedule can not only induce delay of projects,but also lead to the decline of engineering quality or change the costs of the projects,and even causes some projects to end up failing.Therefore,researches and analyses of project schedule management got great significance to reduce or avoid delay of the projects as well as reduce the losses caused by the progress delay of the project.In the background of schedule management of BFC building air purification system in FX group,it firstly introduced the basic theory,research status and development trends both at home and abroad,expounded the related theories of schedule management,analyzed the methods of schedule plan and schedule control.Secondly,it carried out an empirical analysis of schedule management of BFC building air purification system in FX group with the applications of the related knowledge of project management.And the schedule of the project is worked out by applying WBS task decomposition,Gantt chart and network diagram etc.And then the methods and tools of resources optimization technology such as CPM,CCPM and buffer are used to optimize the project schedule and ensure the completion of the project on schedule.Finally,the whole process control method of in advance,during and after the event and several methods such as regular observation method were adopted to inspect and supervise the implementation of the the project schedule.And it took effective measures to adjust the deviation,control the progress.At the same time,the factors affecting the progress of the project were analyzed in depth.And the countermeasures were put forward to solve the problems in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the project according to the schedule.Through the analyses and researches on schedule management of BFC building air purification system in FX group,we got conclusion that choose reasonable measures and effective methods and carry them on during the progresses of formulating,optimizing and controling the schedule plan can effectively avoid delays in the process of project implementation.And it has a certain reference significance for the schedule management for other construction projects.
