The Study On The Spatial Of Development Planning Of Urban Fringe In County Area

Urbanization and space expansion is still the general trend of urban development in the world.More extensive urban fringe will appear in the large and medium cities.With the rapid development of the city,the urban fringe of society,economy,space also change rapidly.The problems of space caused by the difference between urban and marginal areas are becoming more and more prominent.The spatial development planning for urban fringe,especially the peripheral areas of metropolitan regions is the key content of this paper.This paper chooses the town of Huyiqu in Xi’an as an example to explore the spatial development of the county along the edge of the cities.And more,this is great significant for the county surrounding big cities.This paper summarizes the development of urban fringe area and spatial development planning,and the relevant theories of spatial development planning.Also this paper combs the connotation of spatial development planning,and takes the spatial influence factors such as economy,society and environment,and put forward the content and mode of space development planning.It analyzes the spatial evolution of the area,the development stage from the "single center" to the old town and four district growth stage,and finds out the main factors that affect the spatial development;and analyzes and summarizes the spatial development of the area,and summarize the status space development issues,and SWOT analysis of space development.In view of the problems existing in the development of space in the area,the author puts forward the general idea:changing the traditional ideas,transforming the traditional ideas into the active integration and using the changing of the function to bring the spatial development and in accordance with Xi’an to realize the internal coordination of production,life and ecology space.And put forward planning steps,principles,the planning of the relevant spatial development elements,and finally put forward the security strategy of space development.
