Hydraulic pump is an indispensable component in hydraulic system.As a power component of the hydraulic system,Hydraulic pump can convert mechanical energy into hydraulic energy,among which,the efficiency of the plunger pump is the highest.In view of its advantages,e.g.low pollution,low cost,safety and etc,water pump has become the trend of current research on fluid transmission.It weighs heavier that taking advantage of water as the working medium of hydraulic system instead of hydraulic oil in countries throughout the world.Given the complex structure of traditional hydraulic piston pump,high machinery accuracy,large leakage,as well as the expensive price.Based on the principle of 2-DOF,a new type of hydraulic piston pump was designed.The main research work and achievements are as follows:(1)Explain the working principle of 2-DOF water hydraulic piston pumpin in detail,using Solidworks software design to determine the 2-DOF hydraulic monomer pump structure.At the same time,a prototype of 2-DOF water piston hydraulic pump is designed to analyze the internal parameters.(2)Based on the comparison and analysis of different cam motion trajectories,a better one was selected for 2-DOF water piston hydraulic pump,and according to that trajectory,the2-DOF piston water hydraulic pump end face cam was designed.Analysis of actual contact between roller and cam was conducted to establish the mathematical relationship between the actual trajectory curve and the theoretical one.With the help of Matlab software,numerical value compensation was made,eliminating the gap between the roller and end cam,to improve the movement precision of the roller on the cam.(3)Analysis of piston assembly force.Analysis of 2-DOF piston water pump pressure water film formation mechanism and influence,the influence of the change of the flow area on the vibration,noise and cavitation of the pump in the eccentric state.At the same time,to study the internal and external leakage of the pump under eccentricity,and the mechanical efficiency of pump,the overall efficiency of the pump is obtained.(4)Through AMESim software,piston pump of single cavity model was built,to test the flow pulsation of the upper and lower high pressure outlets of the piston pump at different speeds,and the flow pulsation and pressure pulsation under the condition of eccentricity.through the comparative study on the pump performance.A complete multigang plunger pump model was built,simulating flow pulsation at different speeds.(5)A water hydraulic components integrated test-bench for different water hydraulic components was built,which can be used to test the 2-DOF water hydraulic piston pump.The experimental data is transmitted to the industrial control computer through the data acquisition card,and is observed and depicted as a curve timely on the Lab VIEW software.According to the research and simulation on the 2-DOF piston water pump,the feasibility of the structure and principle of this new type water hydraulic pump was verified.A water hydraulic components integrated test-bench was designed to test the water hydraulic pump and other water hydraulic components.
