Modern hydraulic transmission technology is a kind of green transmission technology which regards water as working medium,which rises again in the second half of the 20 th century.It is the frontier research direction of current international fluid transmission field.In the 21 st century,human beings have entered the era of marine development in an all-round way.The seawater hydraulic transmission technology that directly uses seawater as a working medium has been proved to be the best power driving method by the practical application of western developed countries for many years.In this paper,the design and theoretical research of two-dimensional(2D)piston water hydraulic pump are carried out.The main research work is as follows:(1)The overall structure of the two-dimensional piston water hydraulic pump was designed,and the three-dimensional modeling and engineering drawing design were completed by SolidWorks.The key structure of the two-dimensional piston water hydraulic pump was designed and calculated.The static simulation analysis of the pump piston shaft,the roller frame,the dial lever and the space cam was carried out by the Workbench,and the force characteristics of the pump core assembly were analyzed.And improved the pump drive assembly and dial lever assembly of the two-dimensional piston water hydraulic pump.A two-dimensional piston water hydraulic pump experimental device was designed to study the actual working characteristics of the new structural water hydraulic pump.(2)According to the principle of hydraulic fluid mechanics,the volumetric efficiency and mechanical efficiency of the two-dimensional piston water hydraulic pump are calculated and analyzed,and the total efficiency can reach 88.5%.By simplifying the transmission mechanism of the two-dimensional piston water hydraulic pump,the mechanical vibration analysis of the reciprocating motion of the pump core assembly is carried out.According to the basic principle of Newtonian mechanics,the mathematical model of the forced vibration of the pump core assembly is established,and the modal analysis of the pump shaft is performed.The simulation results show that the pump shaft does not resonate.(3)The relative motion and force between the components of the two-dimensional piston water hydraulic pump transmission mechanism have been analyzed.The dynamic simulation model of the two-dimensional piston water hydraulic pump was established by Adams.The kinematics analysis of the pump piston and the cone roller was carried out at different speeds and different loads using the built dynamic model,and the dynamics analysis of the hydraulic pump moving components was carried out.The elastic body of the elastic coupling has been flexibled,and then the kinematic simulation analysis of the self-aligning cam assembly was performed.Through the simulation,the stress and motion of key structures under different working conditions were obtained.(4)The hydraulic system model of the two-dimensional piston water hydraulic pump was built by AMESim,and then the data exchange was performed by Adams and AMESim to establish a two-dimensional piston water hydraulic pump virtual prototype.The simulation results were used to analyze the pressure flow characteristics of the two-dimensional piston water hydraulic pump and the dynamic characteristics of the moving components.The simulation results showed that the designed two-dimensional piston water hydraulic pump structure achieved the design specifications.The two-dimensional piston water hydraulic pump has a novel structure and has great advantages in weight reduction and efficiency.Through the research in this paper,the structural optimization design of the two-dimensional piston water hydraulic pump and the achievement of greater breakthrough in performance have made corresponding contributions.
