Fuel pump is indispensable functional components in the power plant,with the progress of the society,the application of the fuel pump is becoming more and more widely.Not only the demand of fuel pump is big,but also the fuel control components are put forward higher and higher requirements.However,the traditional structure of fuel pump is generally difficult to possess high energy,high efficiency,high power density and good oil supply stability and apply in the occasion of higher requirements.Based on the principle of 2D,a new type of structure of the fuel pump is designed and put forward in this paper,and the main research work and achievements are as follows:(1)The structure characteristics of two-dimensional(2D)piston pump was analyzed,for two-dimensional(2D)single piston pump still cannot solve the influence of pressure flow pulsation on the fuel system,based on the principle of 2D,dual piston structure with integrated shaft and piston was put forward in this paper.Using bilateral floating type guide rail and swinging roller components to compensate the machining error of parts and wear of guide rail contact,makes movement stability and feasibility of the two-dimensional(2D)piston pump greatly increased.In addition,the oil suction inlet of the two-dimensional(2D)dual fuel pump will be opened in the end,and make use of the high speed centrifugal supercharging principle of roller to improve the pump suction performance and greatly improve the cavitation sensitivity of high-speed pump.(2)2D principle can good use on hydraulic pump depends on the transverse guide design,which determines the pump piston movement characteristics,and affecting the performance and even service life of the pump.Therefore,this paper specifically analyses the movement law of transverse guide,compares with several common cam movement laws,chooses constant acceleration and deceleration motion law curve as the motion law design theory profile of the guide rail with the relationship between the pressure flow of the dual piston pump and the velocity of the piston,and designs reasonable and precise guide rail by the method of establishing static and dynamic coordinates.(3)In addition to the elaborate study of the work principle and structure design,this paper also focuses on the detailed analysis and research of its performance,mainly includingcavitation mechanism and improvement measures,dynamic and static characteristics analysis and efficiency analysis.Through analysis and research,it is concluded that the two-dimensional(2D)dual fuel pump has the characteristics of small high-speed cavitation,small high-energy pulse,high efficiency,small volume and light weight.(4)On the two-dimensional(2D)dual fuel pump running test,performance test and life test,the experimental results verify the superiority of the performance of the designed pump and prove the correctness and rationality of the design theory.The two-dimensional(2D)dual fuel pump has extremely strong innovation,and it not only has a great breakthrough in the performance,the volume is also a little light,so it can be well applied in the high-end technology fields of high performance requirements and mass volume requirements of light small such as aeronautics and astronautics.
