Water hydraulic transmission technology is based on the filtered natural fresh water or seawater instead of mineral oil as working medium of a hydraulic drive system.The working medium of traditional hydraulic system is mainly the mineral type hydraulic oil,which exists leakage pollution,inflammable,explosive and other serious disadvantages,while water hydraulic has the advantages of low pollution,safety,low cost,high utilization rate,simple treatment and so on.Hydraulic pump is the power component of the hydraulic system,which converts the mechanical energy input from the prime mover to the pressure energy of the liquid and provides a certain pressure and flow of the liquid to the system,playing an important role in the whole hydraulic system.In order to fit the hydraulic transmission's development requirements of the large power-weight ratio(power density),the monomer pump's piston,distribution mechanism and drive shaft are integrated,and the work and stress condition of the key parts are improved.Compared with the traditional piston pump,the monomer pump has the following advantages: less assembly parts,small volume and light weight,so it fit the requirements of hydraulic technology for water pump.The main research work and achievements are as follows:(1)Describe the working principle of two-dimensional single pump,determine the structure of two-dimensional single pump with SolidWorks,analyze the force situations of two-dimensional(2D)single pump,and through the simulation to check structural strength,stiffness and fatigue strength to optimize the design of the pump.(2)Determine the type of seal for the two-dimensional(2D)pump,which change from the traditional packing seal to the mechanical seal with axial and radial two kinds of motion,and describe the working principle of this mechanical seal.(3)Build the test bench for the two-dimensional(2D)single pump.Determine flow,pressure and life of the processed sample pump,and calculate the actual displacement and efficiency of the pump,in order to verify the feasibility of principle and structure of the two-dimensional(2D)hydraulic single pump.Through the design,simulation and test of the new type of two-dimensional(2D)single pump,innovation and rationality of the structure is proved,and compared with the traditional water pump,it has more advantages to serve the military and civilian fields.
