Three dimensional visualization of navigation-power junction not only visualize the design achievements of general construction layout and construction organization of navigation-power junction, but assist decision-making and management of navigation-power junction project, improve construction efficiency of navigation-power junction, ensure the schedule and quality of construction. Among them, three dimensional model and three dimensional scene building technology is the core technology of three dimensional visualization of navigation-power junction, play an important role in improve construction efficiency of navigation-power junction and ensure the schedule and quality of construction.In view of the existing modeling methods based on professional modeling software MultiGen Creator modeling method and based on GIS modeling method is difficult to guarantee model accuracy and efficiency at the same time. This paper tries to make research on the three dimensional modeling and three dimension visualization technology navigation-power junction to establish a three-dimensional modeling and three dimension visualization method for navigation-power junction,apply it to build three dimensional scene of yilan navigation-power junction, provide the necessary technical support for the "key technology of yilan navigation-power junction dynamic monitoring "project. The specific content of this paper is as follows:1? According to the characteristics of the original data of different scale and different coordinate system, make research on the technology of establish digital elevation model for different data types to establish the data transformation and parameter selection method in the process of generating digital elevation model. Considering some areas is incompatible with the status quo, study on the evaluation and optimization methods of digital elevation model;2?Consider modeling accuracy and efficiency,make research on the method of establish and optimization three dimensional model to establish design optimization, design import and texture mapping methods;3?Take advantage of CityEngine support for GIS two-dimensional vector data, make research on the method of three dimensional scene simulation and visualization to establish the three dimensional model import ,remote sensing image fitting and scene rendering methods;4?Based on the above three dimensional modeling and visualization methods of navigation-power junction, combined with the actual characteristics of yilan navigation-power junction project to establish digital elevation model of yilan navigation-power junction and three dimensional model of various hydraulic structures,Realize the visualization of yilan navigation-power junction three dimensional scene, provide the necessary technical support for the "key technology of yilan navigation-power junction dynamic monitoring "project.
