Navigation-power junction construction of seasonal frozen rivers is a complicated system engineering.The project has large scale,long construction period,large investment,large numbers of processes,complex construction conditions,involves wide ranges and easily affected by factors such as natural conditions,especially seasonal freezing factor brings great difficulty to the project progress control.So the study of seasonal frozen rivers navigation-power junction construction schedule optimization method has great practical significance for the project successfully completed.Therefore this paper expands the research to the seasonal frozen rivers navigation-power junction construction schedule optimization method and its application,based on the transport information of science and technology plan project“ YiLan navigation-power junction project dynamic monitoring key technology and demonstration”.First of all,through the analysis of the project construction schedule management and optimization methods,aiming at the construction of the seasonal frozen river navigation-power junction,completes the impact analysis of the resources allocation,management,freezing,precipitation,construction intensity and other factors of construction process to the construction schedule.Included in the seasonal frozen factors,with shortest project total duration as the optimization goal,the construction intensity,mechanical equipment and staff configuration as constraint conditions,establishes seasonal frozen rivers navigation-power junction construction schedule optimization model.Then,considering the solution of the optimization model is related to the quality of the model optimization results.In order to improve the quality of the model solution,trying to use the bat algorithm to solve the model,and aiming at the shortcomings of the bat algorithm,using the Tent map ? chaos theory and niche theory to design of chaotic traversal search mechanism and niche local search mechanism,proposes the chaotic niche bats optimization algorithm.According to the specific optimization model,designs the bat encoding rules and determines the fitness function,the process of solving the construction schedule optimization model based on the chaos niche bat algorithm is established.Builting a seasonal frozen rivers navigation-power junction construction schedule optimization method,and based on the YiLan navigation-power junction project construction organization data,tests the feasibility and superiority of construction schedule optimization method that this paper builds.Finally,in order to set the construction schedule optimization method applies to engineering practice better,this paper based on the optimization model and solving process of the seasonal frozen rivers navigation-power junction construction schedule optimization method,under the Visual Studio C# 2010 platform,using SQL Server 2008 database technology,develops the seasonal frozen rivers navigation-power junction construction schedule optimizing system which contains construction information input,constraint condition selection,optimization model solution and optimization results chart show,a total of four functional modules.In order to provide a reliable theoretical support and technical support for the engineering and technical personnels,management personnels and decision makers of seasonal frozen rivers navigation-power junction construction to manage and optimize the construction schedule.
