In recent years, the scale of hydraulic engineering construction extends increasingly .the difficulty increases continuously, especially the construction of some high dam or extremely high dam require better dam foundation. The problems of depth and thick overburden and soft soil are always hotspots in the study of dam foundation treatment. Based on the treatment of complex foundation-the deep weathering solution channel in Zhouzhou Navigation and Eelectricity Junction ,the software ANSYS and the theory of finite element were adopted, the elasto-plastion model for rocky soil and concrete material was established considering foundation-structure static interaction, the model was applied to Zhouzhou Navigation and Eelectricity Junction .and the corresponding APDL program was compiled which was applied to stability study of structure. The object studied in this paper is as follows.1. The article deeply analysed the engineering geology characteristic and the cause of formation, and analysed the disadvantageous influence to the hydraulic structure with complex foundation.2. By analysising the whole stability of the dam, the article discussed the effect of complicacy foundation on the hydraulic structure stability.3. The best project was decided by comparing many kinds of projects of complex foundation ?deep weathering channel in Zhouzhou Navigation and Eelectricity Junction.4. The elasto-plastion model for rocky soil and concrete material was established, three dimentions stress calculation of dam structure was done, the effect of foundation treatment on dam stress and deformation was analyzed.5. The material, shape, size of concrete arch structure were optimized by using the software ANSYS and the theory of nonlinear finite element.
