Refinement Of The Construction Cost Control Research Based On BIM

Analyzing the development of the construction industry in recent years,the construction industry is characterized by low production efficiency and low rate of output.To meet the requirements in fine management for the policy of “replacing business tax with value-added tax(VAT)”and the necessity of reforming current management system in construction industry,which is greatly supported by the BIM technology.Under this historical and practical background,it is important to improve the efficiency and the profit of construction industry by reforming management mode,to gain advantages in the increasingly fierce competition,to achieve the smooth transition of replacing business tax with value-added tax(VAT)via advanced technology and management.Based on the theory of construction cost control,considering the elements of the construction cost,this thesis analyzes the existing problems of the current construction cost control and holds the opinion that it is necessary and urgent to reform the existing cost control method.via implement the necessity and urgency of meticulous management.Thus,to achieve the usage of fine management in construction cost control and to sort out the dissymmetry problem in construction industry,BIM technology offers the sharing platform for the parties to participate in.Analyzing meticulous management,combined with the technology of BIM integration,the concept of fine management emphasizes detailing,precision,digitization,specialization,among them,informatization is the core requirement.BIM technology,as the representative in the informatization of construction industry,its information sharing platform breaks through dilemma of fine management in construction cost control.The fusion of two concepts laid the foundation for the establishment of construction cost control system based on BIM technology.Therefore,this thesis explores the fine management and the integrated application of BIM technology to solve the current problems in construction cost control.Based on BIM,This part is discussed via three sections in this paper.The first part is the management,namely the elements of construction cost management subject;the second part is the method,namely,the cost control method,the last part is the theory discussion.In this part,meticulous management theory as the theoretical support layer,BIM technology as the technical support layer,both interactive used in construction cost control,forming the vertical construction process on the value stream management,supply chain management and cost control for the last planner system,elaborated BIM technology combined with fine the management team construction cost management from theory and technology support.Finally,this thesis formulates specific solutions on analyzing the elements of the existing problems horizontally.Constructing a multilevel comprehensive evaluation model and evaluating on the effect of BIM fine construction cost control system,the research results show that the fine management of BIM has achieved good results in controlling construction cost,which has played a significant role in the reducing cost and increasing profit for construction enterprisesThe research results of the thesis are of certain practical significance to enrich and improve the fine management and the integrated application of BIM technology.Meanwhile,the cost of inputs in project is reduced,which plays an important role in improving production efficiency and enterprise profit,transiting the new tax reform successfully.
